HEAVY COMMS

Any aircraft which is capable of having a max takeoff mass of over 136,000kg (note: capable of, not necessarily actually over 136,000kg) must use the suffix "heavy." This is used on its first contact with each ATCATC —Air Traffic Control unit and then only. The Airbus A380 uses the suffix "Super".
