A contentious question, as the rules vary depending on the source material (EASAEASA —European Aviation Safety Agency v CAA).

Radio frequencies are always spoken as individual digits with the word decimal in the middle, and the last two digits can be omitted if they are both zero only.

Altitudes and heights can be spoken using hundreds and thousands.

For squawks and pressure settings, however, the situation is more complex - obvious ones like squawk 3456, QNHQNH —Static pressure at MSL calculated from QFE using ISA temperature lapse rates 985 or QFEQFE —Static pressure measured at an aerodrome 1010 are always spoken as individual digits, but the problem comes when the squawk is 7000 or the QFEQFE —Static pressure measured at an aerodrome/QNHQNH —Static pressure at MSL calculated from QFE using ISA temperature lapse rates is 1000. In these cases, and these cases alone, some source material states that "squawk seven thousand" or "QFE one thousand" is acceptable. You may be better eliminating the "wrong" answers in the exam if these situations come up.
