Climb/Descend COMMS

The phrases here are climb and descent instructions and so must be read back exactly as instructed, including the QNHQNH —Static pressure at MSL calculated from QFE using ISA temperature lapse rates (itself a mandatory readback). With a flight level, the fact you have 1013 set on the subscale is implied, so does not need to be read back.
