Water vapour, which comes from the evaporation of either surface water or precipitation, can then rise, cool and form the clouds and further precipitation we see every day. It is by far the most important driver of weather. Note than pressure and temperature are important, but they are not "constituents", but rather "properties" of the atmosphere - the atmosphere is not made up of temperature and pressure.
