VDF Variation RNAV

As with the VORVOR —VHF Omnidirectional Range and NDBNDB —Non-Directional Beacon, variation is applied where the work is being done. The aircraft transmits a signal which is then received at the ATCATC —Air Traffic Control station, which calculates which direction it has come from. As the calculation is done at the station, variation here is applied.
